Ladies' Evening is a special event in the racing calendar, for which women and men are invited to dress up and make a day of it. Enjoy the thrill of the horses thundering by whilst the dapper crowds enjoy Pimm's, wine or beer. Many dine at the restaurant or picnic out on the grass by the track. Ladies' Evening is a gorgeous day out - offering fantastic entertainment for all the family.

For the men, smart casual is the dress code, although at Folkestone's Ladies Evening men always tends to err on the side of the former. Smart trousers and a collar always do the trick, even if it's only a polo shirt. If you're going for the best dressed couple, a suit or sports jacket might see you in with a chance, and certainly won't look out of place on Ladies' Evening
