We have exciting opportunities for highly motivated individuals to join our race-day team at Folkestone Racecourse.

You will be committed to delivering service excellence, have a can-do attitude and maintain the highest levels of professionalism.

At Folkestone Racecourse we pride ourselves in delivering service excellence whilst maintaining a safe environment for our customers.

As a race day steward part of your role will be to ensure the safety and well being of all of our customers from the time they enter the racecourse until they depart. Full training is given to NVQ Level 2 to ensure that you will be able to carry out your duties.

Flexibility in your duties is a must as you will have a variety of responsibilities including:

* Ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers at all times
* Selling and checking tickets
* Manning gates
* Directing customers
* Being vigilant at all times.
* Fully conversant with procedures in event of evacuations or ejections.
* Ability to recognise problems and to resolve where necessary.
